Polaris Off-Road has announced the RZR Pro R Ultra Edition, featuring what they claim is the industry’s first factory-integrated electronically controlled hydraulic locking sway bar links. This advancement is delivered through the DYNAMIX DVS (DVS) Suspension System, offering enhanced handling and control across diverse terrains, according to Polaris.
According to Polaris, the DYNAMIX DVS system differs from traditional disconnecting sway bars by actively managing four links, offering three selectable settings:
- Semi-Active: Rapidly locks and unlocks—up to 200 times per second—for responsive handling on changing terrain.
- Locked: Provides the suspension feel of the standard RZR Pro R for maximum stability.
- Unlocked: Maximizes articulation for precise control during slow-speed rock crawling.
Polaris says that the DYNAMIX DVS works with 12 suspension control channels and existing ride modes to continuously adjust for balance between performance, control, and comfort. The company claims this results in a smoother ride in rough terrain, sharper handling at speed, and increased confidence in technical conditions.
The RZR Pro R Ultra Edition includes styling and functional upgrades. The new MPI™ Racing Steering Wheel is inspired by professional off-road and desert racing. According to Polaris, the design offers a more precise and confidence-inspiring feel, with an ergonomic shape that enhances feedback from the terrain.
Additional features of the RZR Pro R Ultra Edition include:
- 32-inch BFGoodrich® KM3 tires for traction.
- A limited-edition Velocity Blue colorway.
- Custom GatorStep® interior accents.
The RZR Pro R Ultra Edition includes features from the RZR Pro R, such as a 74-inch stance and 104.5-inch wheelbase. It also features 29-inches of usable travel. The 2026 RZR Pro R Ultra Edition comes equipped with a 10.4-inch Vertical Touchscreen Display Powered by RIDE COMMAND, offering 52 square inches of usable screen space. The vehicle also includes a Rockford Fosgate® Stage 4 Audio system with a 1500-watt digital amp, and heated and vented seats.
Polaris states that production of the RZR Pro R Ultra Edition will be limited to 500 units globally, including two-seat and four-seat configurations. According to Polaris, the two-seat RZR Pro R Ultra Edition starts at $46,999, while the four-seater starts at $50,999. Shipping to dealers is slated to begin in February 2026. The RZR Pro R ULTRA will be displayed at the 2026 King Of The Hammers event in Johnson Valley, CA, from January 30 to February 7, according to Polaris.
