Return Policy Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days. Returns or Exchanges -
All returns or exchanges must be new in unused condition. For returns the
customer will be refunded original cost of products minus shipping. For ATV
accessory exchanges the customer will need to ship the product to us and we will
send out the exchange.
Exhaust pipes/mufflers are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please inspect carefully before installing. Once installed no returns.
Due to allergies and safety issues we cannot accept returns or exchanges that
have pet, smoke, perfume, or any other non-original scent.
There is no restocking fee for items returned in new condition with a RMA
number.
You must request a RMA from ATV Upgrade within the first 30 days after receiving
items.

Packages sent back without an RMA will be refused or charged a 15% restocking
fee.
Returns must be sent back in the original condition you received them in from
us.
Credits, exchanges, or refunds will only be given when a RMA number is used.
Shipping is non-refundable.
If your item is missing any parts you have 1 week to report this.
Items purchased in the close out section are not eligible for return or
exchange. All close out sales are final.
Free Shipping does not apply to farm equipment or items over 25 pounds.
Large equipment orders such as big trailers or swisher farm equipment can take an additional week to two weeks to ship. Call for availability.
Actual shipping will be charged for these items. We do not charge anything above actual shipping costs. You may call for estimates.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 15% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS
SHIPPING FEES.
